Gloria is absolutely amazing. My partner and I are first time home buyers. Gloria was so patient and informative when guiding us through the home buying process from scratch. My husband and I meet Gloria Adams at an open house. She was friendly, knowledgeable and low keyed. She didn't seem like a typical salesperson at all. She is professional, personable and really listens to what we might need. She gives us enough space to think over our needs and is ready with information and listings to show. Although our first contract backed out Gloria was able to secure another contract immediately and was able to help us through the process. My fiance and I were ready to buy a house, so we contacted Gloria. She helped us so much and told us some things to look for in a home, that we didn't even think to look into! They took the time to answer all our questions, provided accurate data to assess the best possible price for us, gave us a well thought through marketing plan, then negotiated and brought us a full price contract with a well qualified buyer  from another agency and we sold our house within 24 hours. The follow up and communication on all details from contract to closing was great and alleviated all our concerns about meeting a short settlement.
